Paid ad management (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)

Social media management and content creation

Website design and SEO

Consulting and use of our proprietary software

Services are subject to individual agreements, contracts, or proposals provided to each client.

2. Use of Website & Content

You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes.

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and designs, are the intellectual property of Mullins Media LLC and may not be copied, distributed, or used without prior written consent.

Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate, up-to-date information necessary for services.

Clients are responsible for compliance with advertising platform policies (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) when campaigns are run on their behalf.

Clients remain responsible for final approval of creative materials, ad spend budgets, and compliance with applicable laws.

4. Payments & Billing

Payment terms will be outlined in each service agreement or invoice.

Late payments may be subject to interest fees or suspension of services.

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

5. Limitation of Liability

We make no guarantees regarding specific business outcomes (e.g., revenue growth, sales conversions). Results may vary depending on market factors outside our control.

Mullins Media LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by the client in the three (3) months prior to the claim.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business, financial, or technical information shared during the course of the business relationship.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice as outlined in the specific contract.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if a client violates these Terms & Conditions or fails to make payment.

8. Third-Party Services

Our services may involve third-party tools or platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager). Mullins Media LLC is not responsible for downtime, errors, or issues caused by third-party services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Mississippi. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Harrison County, Mississippi.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new “Effective Date.”
