PRICING & PACKAGES

Pricing & Investment Questions

Transparent answers about what marketing services cost and what you can expect to invest.

Marketing agency pricing varies widely based on the services you need and the scope of work. At Mullins Media, our packages typically range from $500/month for basic social media management to $3,000–$5,000+/month for comprehensive full-service marketing including video production, SEO, paid ads, and CRM automation. We always start with a free strategy session to understand your goals and budget before recommending a package — no surprises, no hidden fees.
Video production pricing depends on the length, complexity, and deliverables required. A basic brand video or social media reel typically ranges from $800–$2,500. A full commercial or brand film with multiple locations, actors, and professional editing can range from $3,000–$10,000+. We provide detailed quotes after a free discovery call where we learn exactly what you need.
Local SEO for a small Gulf Coast business typically ranges from $500–$1,500/month depending on the competitiveness of your market and the scope of work. This includes on-page optimization, Google Business Profile management, local citation building, and monthly reporting. Paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads) is typically managed on top of this with a separate ad spend budget that you control.
No — we don’t believe in locking clients into long-term contracts. We work on month-to-month agreements because we believe we should earn your business every single month. Most clients stay with us for years because they see consistent results, not because they’re contractually obligated to.
Yes. We offer monthly billing for all ongoing services. For one-time projects like video production or website builds, we typically require a 50% deposit upfront with the remainder due upon project completion. We’re always happy to discuss flexible arrangements for the right clients.

RESULTS & TIMELINES

Results, Timelines & Expectations

Honest answers about how long marketing takes to work and what results you can realistically expect.

SEO is a long-term investment. Most businesses start seeing meaningful improvements in rankings and organic traffic within 3–6 months, with significant results typically appearing at the 6–12 month mark. Local SEO (ranking in Google Maps and local search results) often produces results faster — sometimes within 60–90 days. The timeline depends on your current website authority, competition level, and how aggressively we execute the strategy.
Paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads) can produce results much faster than SEO — often within the first 1–2 weeks of a campaign going live. However, the first 30–60 days are typically an optimization period where we gather data, test different ad variations, and refine targeting. Most clients see their best results after 60–90 days of consistent optimization.
Our Gulf Coast clients typically see a 2–3x increase in qualified leads within the first 6 months of a comprehensive marketing program. However, results vary significantly based on your industry, competition, budget, and starting point. During your free strategy session, we’ll give you honest, realistic projections based on your specific situation — not inflated promises designed to close a sale.
We provide monthly performance reports that include rankings, traffic, leads generated, ad performance, and ROI metrics. We use Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and our own reporting dashboards to track everything. You’ll always know exactly what’s working, what isn’t, and what we’re doing about it. No black boxes, no vanity metrics — just the numbers that actually matter to your business.

SERVICES & PROCESS

Services, Process & Working Together

Everything you need to know about how we work and what to expect when you partner with Mullins Media.

Three things set us apart: (1) We’re local — we’re based in D’Iberville and we understand the Gulf Coast market in a way no national agency can. (2) We’re full-service — video production, photography, SEO, paid ads, content creation, and CRM automation all under one roof, so there’s no finger-pointing between vendors. (3) We’re results-obsessed — we measure everything and make data-driven decisions, not gut feelings. We also don’t lock you into contracts, because we believe our results should speak for themselves.
While our primary focus and deepest expertise is in the Mississippi Gulf Coast market, we do work with select clients across the Southeast and nationally. However, if you’re a Gulf Coast business, you get the added benefit of our local market knowledge, which is a significant competitive advantage. We’re always happy to discuss your situation on a free strategy call.
After signing on, we start with a comprehensive onboarding session where we gather all the information we need about your business, brand, customers, and goals. We then conduct a full audit of your current marketing, build your strategy, and present it to you for approval before we start executing. Most clients are fully onboarded and have their strategy in place within 2 weeks of signing.
As involved as you want to be. Some clients prefer to be hands-off and trust us to handle everything — we send them monthly reports and they approve content before it goes live. Others prefer weekly check-ins and more collaborative involvement. We adapt to your preferred communication style. The minimum commitment is reviewing and approving content before publication, which typically takes 30–60 minutes per month.
Go High Level (GHL) is an all-in-one marketing and CRM platform that we use to build powerful automation systems for our clients. It combines CRM, email marketing, SMS marketing, appointment booking, pipeline management, and reporting into a single platform. We’re a certified GHL agency, which means we have deep expertise in configuring and optimizing the platform for maximum results. Many of our clients see dramatic improvements in lead follow-up speed and conversion rates after implementing GHL.

VIDEO & PHOTOGRAPHY

Video Production & Photography Questions

Common questions about our creative production services.

Timeline depends on the scope of the project. A simple social media reel or short brand video can be turned around in 5–10 business days from shoot to final delivery. A full commercial or brand film typically takes 3–6 weeks from initial concept to final delivery, including pre-production planning, the shoot day, and post-production editing. Rush delivery is available for time-sensitive projects.
Not at all — that’s our job. We handle everything from concept development and scripting to storyboarding, filming, and editing. We’ll work with you to understand your brand, goals, and target audience, then develop a creative concept that we present for your approval before we start production. Of course, if you have specific ideas or an existing script, we’re happy to work with that too.
We photograph businesses across virtually every industry — restaurants and food businesses, retail stores, professional service firms, healthcare providers, real estate, construction and contracting, hospitality, and more. If you have a business and need professional photography, we can help. We also offer aerial drone photography for real estate, construction, and event coverage.
Absolutely — this is one of our most popular services. We offer monthly content photography packages where we come to your location (or multiple locations) on a regular schedule and produce a library of branded photos for your social media, website, and marketing materials. This ensures you always have fresh, professional visual content without the hassle of coordinating individual shoots.

LOCAL SEO & DIGITAL MARKETING

Local SEO & Digital Marketing Questions

Answers to common questions about SEO, Google Ads, and digital marketing for Gulf Coast businesses.

Local SEO is the practice of optimizing your online presence to appear in search results when people in your area search for your products or services. This includes ranking in Google Maps (the ‘3-pack’), local organic search results, and voice search. For most Gulf Coast businesses, local SEO is the single highest-ROI marketing investment available — because it puts you in front of people who are actively looking for exactly what you offer, right in your local area.
SEO (Search Engine Optimization) is the process of improving your website’s organic (unpaid) rankings in Google. It takes time to build but produces long-term, compounding results at no cost-per-click. Google Ads are paid advertisements that appear at the top of search results immediately. You pay each time someone clicks your ad. The best strategy for most businesses is to run both simultaneously — Google Ads for immediate lead generation while SEO builds long-term organic authority.
If you can’t answer these questions, your marketing probably isn’t working as well as it should: How many leads did you generate last month? What was your cost per lead? Which channel drove the most leads? What’s your conversion rate from lead to customer? We help you set up proper tracking and reporting so you always have clear answers to these questions. Our free marketing audit is a great starting point — we’ll show you exactly what’s working and what isn’t.
The answer depends on your business type and goals. Google Ads are best for capturing demand — reaching people who are actively searching for your service right now. Facebook and Instagram Ads are better for creating demand — building awareness and reaching people who fit your ideal customer profile but aren’t actively searching yet. Most Gulf Coast businesses benefit from both, but if you have a limited budget, we typically recommend starting with Google Ads for the fastest ROI.
